Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling across multiple concurrent requisitions, covering technical and non-technical roles.
- Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the interview process with clear, warm communication.
- Coordinate complex availability across candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and leadership.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving and proactively identify bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline hygiene in Ashby.
- Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements to scheduling, communication, and reporting.
- Improve recruiting processes, especially in ambiguous or undefined situations.
- Coordinate onsite and virtual interview logistics, panel preparation, and debrief scheduling.
- Support offer logistics and handoff to People Operations.
Requirements
- Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Talent Operations at a high-growth startup.
- Experience supporting searches across technical, go-to-market, and operations functions.
- Daily use of AI tools to streamline scheduling, communication, and reporting.
- Strong process-improvement mindset and initiative.
- Candidate-first approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ownership of the hiring process and candidate experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000–$85,000, depending on experience, location, and level.
