Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle university recruiting for internship and new graduate roles across engineering, data, product, security, and related technical functions.
- Partner with co-founders, hiring managers, and technical interviewers to define candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
- Build year-round relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, career centers, and technical communities.
- Plan and execute career fairs, information sessions, technical events, student outreach, and interview days.
- Source, assess, engage, and close early-career technical candidates through a high-touch candidate experience.
- Monitor recruiting funnel health, conversion, candidate experience, and source effectiveness; implement improvements to quality, speed, and equity.
- Partner with Recruiting Operations, People, and program stakeholders on intern and new graduate onboarding and return-offer processes.
- Provide market insight on early-career technical talent, university ecosystems, competition, and candidate motivations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful ownership of university, campus, early-career, or technical recruiting programs.
- Experience recruiting technical talent across software engineering, data, security, product, or adjacent disciplines.
- Strong consultative partnership skills and experience influencing hiring managers through data, market insight, and judgment.
- Experience building inclusive, scalable sourcing strategies and relationships with candidates and university partners.
- Strong program management skills across multiple hiring cycles, events, and stakeholders.
- Fluency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, candidate advocacy, and stakeholder-management skills.
- AI fluency and curiosity, with sound judgment around data privacy and candidate experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $135,000-$175,000 annually.
