Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate 1099 and W2 roles across Engineering, Product, Operations, non-clinical Clinical Operations, Marketing, and other functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, align processes, and ensure efficient hiring.
- Coach hiring managers on consistent, high-quality, and equitable hiring decisions.
- Source high-caliber technical and corporate talent through the NYC tech ecosystem and channels beyond job boards.
- Develop compelling employer-brand outreach and deliver an inclusive, mission-aligned candidate experience.
- Manage requisitions and pipelines in Ashby, maintaining accurate data and actionable reporting.
- Build reporting and dashboards covering pipeline health, hiring velocity, and outcomes.
- Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track, analyze, and share recruiting metrics to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions, including Engineering and Product.
- Established network and active presence within the NYC tech ecosystem.
- Experience managing both W2 and 1099 hiring.
- Startup experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Ashby.
- Strong sourcing capabilities beyond job boards.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in an evolving environment.
- Passion for building high-performing teams supporting women's health.
Compensation and Benefits
- $130,500–$150,000 annually, with opportunities for advancement; the range may be narrowed based on experience and qualifications.
