About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across a generalist book of business, from scoping the role to closing the offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to sharpen hiring briefs, improve interview processes, and raise decision quality.
  • Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Use data to diagnose pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-close.
  • Pressure-test hiring decisions, challenge weak feedback, and maintain high standards.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes across the functions supported.
  • Deliver an accurate, thoughtful candidate experience regardless of outcome.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience across agency recruiting and fast-growing, product-driven companies.
  • Experience tilted toward technical recruiting or go-to-market recruiting is acceptable.
  • First-principles approach to solving recruiting and process challenges.
  • Analytical fluency and ability to use recruiting metrics to improve decisions.
  • Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Clear, direct communication with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
