Key Responsibilities
Strategic Pipeline Building: Identify and engage top-tier talent for Software Engineering (Product, Infra, AI/ML), Product Management, and Design. Go narrow on niche roles and create a stacked funnel for evergreen roles.
AI Forward: Manage a tech stack of sourcing tools and agents to power the top of the funnel.
Creative Outreach: Be AI tool driven. Craft highly personalized, technical, and compelling outreach that resonates with the Replit ethos.
Deep Research: Map out talent across GitHub, Twitter (X), competitive startups, and niche developer communities to find "undiscovered" talent.
Full Lifecycle Partnership: Work closely with Recruiters and Engineering Leads to calibrate profiles and refine the search strategy in real-time.
Data-Driven Iteration: Track conversion rates and leverage data to pivot sourcing strategies when a search becomes "stale."
Requirements
4+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably at a high-growth startup or a top-tier tech firm.
Technical Fluency: Understand the tech stack in depth, can navigate a GitHub profile, and know why someone would fit our EPD team, company and values.
Persistence: "Hunter" mentality. Enjoy the challenge of finding the right person for a highly specific, difficult role.
Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and can move as fast as our engineering team does.
