About the role
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions including Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and Marketing from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close, ensuring the candidate experience is thoughtful and intentional every step of the way
Partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements, develop structured interview processes and feedback forms, and calibrate on what “great” looks like for each function
Build and manage proactive candidate pipelines for competitive GTM roles through sourcing, referrals, and community engagement
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn Recruiter AI) to draft and iterate on outreach sequences, job descriptions, and candidate communications that reflect Vesta's brand voice
Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate
Nice-to-Haves
Experience recruiting in fintech, mortgage, or financial services
Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or a comparable ATS
Technical Recruiter owning 6-8 full-cycle technical searches (backend, SRE, data engineering) at a Causal AI company. Requires 5+ years high-bar technical recruiting experience, strong closing skills, data-driven approach, and AI-native mindset. Onsite in San Francisco.
