Responsibilities

Strategic Deal Advisory

  • Support Sales Leaders and Account Executives on strategic deals as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
  • Provide perspectives on market, industry, and functional trends.
  • Partner on deal strategy development and value-based discovery.
  • Lead value analysis to create a compelling case for change.

Business Transformation Advisory

  • Engage senior business leaders to understand their challenges, goals, and requirements.
  • Provide strategic advice and consultative support using deep industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Demonstrate how Pigment's solutions can address customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead consultative engagements and workshops with customers and prospects to develop roadmaps toward transformational planning visions.

Thought Leadership

  • Build market credibility as a thought leader on AI in Finance, business transformation, and business value.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in webinars, conferences, panels, and networking events.
  • Highlight the business impact of Pigment's solutions and generate pipeline.

Go-to-Market Acceleration

  • Champion value-based selling.
  • Support new sales plays and inform product strategy.
  • Partner with regional leaders to identify expansion opportunities that grow net revenue retention across enterprise accounts.

Enablement at Scale

  • Empower internal teams to position and sell Pigment's AI-powered enterprise performance management solutions.
  • Evangelize a value-based approach to selling.
  • Develop and improve self-service business value assets, including proof-of-value templates, industry thought leadership, return-on-investment calculators, and value frameworks.
  • Partner with Enablement to ensure sellers can use value assets effectively and at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Advanced degree and/or professional certifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience spanning Finance, Business Value Consulting, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, and/or Finance Transformation.
  • Combination of consulting or business value advisory experience and senior Finance leadership experience preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and finance processes, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance management, and analytics.
  • Experience deploying AI in Finance and an informed view of how AI will transform Finance.
  • Ability to assess complex business challenges, develop data-driven insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with stakeholders from operational teams to C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated success building trusted-advisor relationships with customers and executive sponsors across organizational levels.
  • Established relationships within the CFO and Finance leadership community highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to align transformation initiatives to customer priorities, business objectives, and value-realization outcomes.
  • Collaborative leadership style and a track record of partnering across sales, product, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for customer engagements, strategic initiatives, and industry events.
