Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches
  • Craft clear and compelling messaging that differentiates Lance in hospitality and AI markets
  • Manage third-party vendors (videographers, creative partners) to produce high-quality marketing content
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand capabilities and roadmap
  • Enable Sales and Solutions teams with pitch decks, demos, case studies, and objection-handling materials
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and synthesize customer insights
  • Drive content creation for website, email, and outbound channels
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance, messaging, and product adoption

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or related roles in B2B SaaS or AI companies
  • Strong ability to translate technical products (AI, automation, software) into business value
  • Proven track record of executing go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creating sales/marketing collateral
  • Analytical mindset with market research, customer insights, performance tracking
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations
  • Strong ownership in fast-paced startup
  • Familiarity with hospitality, travel tech, or vertical SaaS (plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related

Compensation

  • $140,000 Cash + Equity + Bonus
