Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, supporting retention, growth, and optimization.
  • Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
  • Secure availability during high-compression dates to help hosts maximize revenue.
  • Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, and channel feedback to internal teams.
  • Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and act on opportunities that increase bookings and host success.
  • Build long-term host relationships and provide ongoing, tailored support.
  • Support market managers with webinars and scaled email education programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience managing a book of business and driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.
  • Goal-driven, with persistence and a bias for action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person settings.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly leads and opportunities; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of hospitality or travel industry experience.

Compensation

  • Annual base pay range: £46,000–£54,000 GBP.
  • May also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
