Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day strategic account management for a book of business, driving measurable growth, partner health, and expansion across multiple products.
- Coordinate product, commercial, operational, and technical workstreams across internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead account planning and execution using Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, QBRs, and ongoing executive engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including handling high-pressure conversations with credibility and commercial rigor.
- Use data, structured analysis, and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities, improve program management, accelerate decision-making, and optimize account outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or a related customer-facing commercial role in a fast-paced technology, ecommerce, media, ticketing, travel, payments, or adjacent environment.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen, including the ability to lead sophisticated product conversations, interpret data, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate complexity into clear client-facing recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams and improve processes in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including building trust with senior clients, influencing cross-functional partners, and handling difficult or high-stakes conversations.
- Deep ownership mindset, urgency, adaptability, and interest in using AI to improve outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation: £105,000–£158,000.
- Fixed annual salary: £81,000–£96,500.
- Short-term incentive plan, employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
