Deployment Strategist
Partners with executives, customers, and Forward Deployed Engineers to identify, prioritize, prototype, and deliver high-value AI use cases across enterprise deployments. Requires Python prototyping, integration fluency, strategic judgment, executive communication, and ownership across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers across the deployment lifecycle, from discovery through production.
- Assess AI opportunities with C-level executives and VPs, prioritize high-impact use cases, and identify workflows where AI can create business value.
- Evaluate business upside, reframe use cases when appropriate, and map integrations, data, platform constraints, edge cases, and dependencies.
- Build end-to-end prototypes and demos in Python using the platform, LLMs, and AI-powered tools.
- Coordinate active deployments across accounts and monitor work to keep delivery aligned with the highest-value path.
- Serve as the customer escalation point and strategic partner to Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Sequence account use cases, decide what to build or defer, and prioritize discovery and development time.
- Act as the primary business-side contact for accounts and build relationships with operational and executive stakeholders.
- Translate AI capabilities and constraints for technical and business audiences.
- Travel onsite for kickoffs, mapping sessions, and other key customer engagements.
- Provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering, including reusable patterns, edge cases, and platform improvements.
Requirements
- Technical fluency combined with strategic judgment and a history of building things. Relevant backgrounds may include technical consulting, product management, startup founding or operations, or engineering with strategic and customer-facing experience.
- Comfortable coding in Python to build working prototypes and demos using LLMs and AI-powered tools such as Claude Code.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and the role of AI agents in enterprise workflows.
- Ability to identify business value in workflows, challenge assumptions, and create prioritized plans for executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with executives, operators, and technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and drive outcomes.
- Independent, ownership-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
