About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and continuously improve campaigns within the marketing automation platform, including emails, forms, lists, and repeatable workflows.
  • Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email nurtures, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and field marketing programs while documenting and refining the processes behind each.
  • Support marketing operations including campaign tracking, lead flow, data hygiene, and CRM alignment.
  • Support execution of account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, and coordination with sales across target account lists.
  • Design and run structured tests across channels, audiences, and messaging — forming hypotheses, measuring results, and implementing what works.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, brand, and sales teams to align campaigns with messaging and commercial priorities.
  • Apply AI tools (including Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to accelerate content development, campaign analysis, audience research, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting or managing demand generation or digital marketing campaigns, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or life sciences.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred), including campaign setup, email execution, list management.
  • Comfort with marketing operations fundamentals, including lead routing, campaign tracking, data hygiene, and CRM integration.
  • Strong enough with ABM concepts to execute and iterate on audience segmentation and sales-aligned programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and support reporting on funnel metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills across campaigns and systems.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini, or a demonstrated willingness to adopt them to improve efficiency in research, content development, and campaign execution.
