Program Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration

Own fal’s global mobility and immigration function, managing employment-based cases, counsel, vendors, policies, compliance, and automation across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The role requires U.S. bar admission and deep hands-on experience with U.S. and Canadian immigration matters.

Responsibilities

  • Own global immigration and mobility cases end to end, including sponsorship, renewals, permanent residence, work authorization, transfers, and relocations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Serve as the in-house immigration expert and primary contact for employees, managers, and counsel.
  • Select and manage immigration counsel, relocation providers, and mobility vendors; set service expectations and monitor performance.
  • Develop and maintain mobility and immigration policies, assignment structures, cost projections, and compliance frameworks.
  • Automate case intake, status tracking, document collection, and deadline management with internal engineering support.
  • Track cost per case, time to authorization, and geographic risk trends.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the United States.
  • Hands-on experience managing U.S. and Canadian employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, PERM, and adjustment of status.
  • Experience working with local counsel across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Ability to operate as a standalone mobility and immigration function owner.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Experience creating immigration and mobility policies.
  • Interest in automating operational workflows and using AI and internal tools.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: $150,000–$200,000.
