What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle
- Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise healthcare practices
- Run consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders including practice operators, billing leaders, and clinical leadership
- Guide prospects from initial discovery through contract execution
- Build and manage your pipeline
- Develop your own outbound pipeline through targeted prospecting and relationship building
- Convert inbound opportunities generated through our community, partnerships, and events
- Maintain a strong pipeline that supports consistent quota attainment
- Close complex healthcare deals
- Lead thoughtful discovery conversations around financial operations and revenue cycle challenges
- Run tailored product demonstrations and ROI discussions
- Navigate multi-stakeholder purchasing processes and procurement workflows
- Help shape our go-to-market motion
- Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and pricing based on real customer conversations
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership on sales materials, case studies, and ROI narratives
- Share insights that help us refine our sales motion as we grow
- Build relationships in the healthcare ecosystem
- Develop relationships within the RCM and healthcare operations community
- Represent Joyful Health at industry events and conferences

- You're passionate about Joyful Health's mission
- You're a strong full-cycle seller
- 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals
- Comfortable owning the entire sales process from first conversation through contract
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals with $100k+ ACV
- You understand healthcare (or are excited to learn it deeply)
- Experience selling into healthcare providers or healthcare organizations is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with revenue cycle management, billing, or healthcare operations is a major plus
- You're curious and excited to go deep on the complexity of RCM and healthcare financial operations
- You want to help build, not just sell
- You're excited about helping build the sales function, not just hitting quota
- You enjoy collaborating with product, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and strategy

Base pay range: $140,000-$170,000 per year + uncapped commission.
