Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise
Enterprise Regional Sales Manager responsible for developing territory plans, managing full sales cycles, and closing enterprise security deals in the South Florida region. Requires 4+ years enterprise security sales experience and a track record of landing 5+ new logos annually.
Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
- Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO
- Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s)
- Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization <1000 employees or has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout their career
- A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process
- Experience selling through a channel led motion
- Able to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions
- Background using MEDDIC

- Occasional duties outside standard working hours due to remote-first, multi-timezone operations
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $140,000—$160,000 USD
- Eligible for incentive compensation (commission)
