Field Communications Manager
Develops and executes strategic communications for go-to-market and commercial organizations, partnering with executive leadership to deliver clear messaging across channels. Requires 7+ years of communications experience, strong writing and editing skills, and experience with executive or GTM stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with the Chief Revenue Officer’s organizational goals.
- Build and expand communication platforms for the Chief Revenue Officer.
- Craft key messages and narratives for global audiences, tailored by region and audience.
- Create, execute, and measure content across email, Slack, video, and other channels.
- Own Town Hall agendas, content, and slides, including customer stories for go-to-market teams.
- Manage customer communications on critical matters in partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Customer Officer.
- Produce announcements, presentations, newsletters, blog posts, and FAQs.
- Build stakeholder relationships and incorporate feedback into communication strategy.
- Develop creative engagement approaches for go-to-market personnel, including customer wins and organizational news.
- Moderate large-scale meetings, including content, Slack monitoring, FAQs, and KPI reporting.
- Partner with Communications leaders to align go-to-market messaging with broader executive communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in communications, including internal, external, executive, or enablement communications.
- Track record of launching and managing communication plans or campaigns with metrics-driven iteration.
- Experience partnering with go-to-market or executive leaders on positioning and change management.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strategic and creative thinking across multiple personas, industries, and products.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Claude or Gemini.
- Experience managing communications calendars and distribution lists across groups.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile, results-oriented environment.
- Program and project management fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Zoom Webinars, Google Apps or Microsoft Suite, Slack, and email tools.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $114,000–$191,400 USD.
- May also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
