Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated thought leadership program with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Build scalable operating frameworks, playbooks, cross-team coordination models, and repeatable processes across regions.
- Identify and vet speaking engagements and determine the most effective audiences, messages, and channels.
- Extend existing campaigns and build evergreen thought leadership programs across social, traditional media, and owned channels.
- Partner with Field Marketing on event strategy and execution, emphasizing AI and security narratives.
- Develop strategic messaging for senior executives during corporate announcements, milestones, and other high-priority moments.
- Coordinate initiatives across the company, manage partner-team collaboration, and identify opportunities for executive participation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS preferred.
- Proven success developing and scaling integrated thought leadership programs that influence business outcomes.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, including executive communications, speeches, bylines, and blogs.
- Experience ghostwriting executive communications.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence stakeholders across global, cross-functional organizations.
- Ability to use data and insights to measure and optimize communications programs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated annual salary: $123,750–$165,000 USD.
