Founding Forward Deployed Engineer - French Speaking
Build and deploy customer-specific AI solutions while supporting onboarding, integrations, and ongoing optimization. The role requires strong full-stack skills in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, AI/ML application experience, fluent French, and excellent customer communication.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage to integrate and optimize AI solutions.
- Build new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that improve customer outcomes.
- Develop full-stack applications and tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning voices and transcribers.
- Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on tailored solutions.
- Iterate on AI solutions based on customer feedback and evolving requirements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Native or fluent French speaker at C1/C2 level.
- Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python.
- Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
- Ability to manage APIs and integrate third-party systems.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Highly independent, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
