Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients and therapists via phone and live chat.
- Investigate problems to identify root causes and collaborate with Product teams on platform improvements.
- Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform while delivering excellent customer service.
- Act as a go-to resource and advocate for clients and therapists.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial and government payers.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and preferably ICD-10/CPT codes in mental health.
- Experience with Claim MD or Availity for verifying benefits, reading EOBs, and explaining benefits to patients.
- Experience using various payer portals.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity about health technology, kindness, and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, adapt to changing priorities, and meet quantitative conversation metrics.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Bilingual ability, preferably Spanish.
