Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned queue of at-risk drug and occupational health screening reports.
  • Determine appropriate outreach for each case and proactively notify customers about canceled reports, turnaround-time breaches, and other at-risk statuses.
  • Contact clinics to advance stalled results or obtain missing documentation.
  • Send scheduling and status reminders to candidates for defined outreach triggers.
  • Use judgment to deviate from standard operating procedures when needed and document resolutions.
  • Identify recurring failure points and flag process gaps to the broader program.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Vendor Management, and Product to resolve cases and surface systemic issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, vendor-facing, or coordination-heavy role.
  • Comfortable spending extended periods on the phone and remaining persistent without being pushy.
  • HIPAA awareness and sound judgment regarding PII and PHI shared with or requested from clinics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous situations where SOPs do not fully apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify patterns and escalate systemic issues.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary or on-target earnings: $43,000–$54,000 USD for Nashville, TN.
