Manages at-risk drug and occupational health screening reports through customer, clinic, and candidate outreach, resolving exceptions and identifying systemic process gaps. Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned queue of at-risk drug and occupational health screening reports.
- Determine appropriate outreach for each case and proactively notify customers about canceled reports, turnaround-time breaches, and other at-risk statuses.
- Contact clinics to advance stalled results or obtain missing documentation.
- Send scheduling and status reminders to candidates for defined outreach triggers.
- Use judgment to deviate from standard operating procedures when needed and document resolutions.
- Identify recurring failure points and flag process gaps to the broader program.
- Partner with Customer Success, Vendor Management, and Product to resolve cases and surface systemic issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, vendor-facing, or coordination-heavy role.
- Comfortable spending extended periods on the phone and remaining persistent without being pushy.
- HIPAA awareness and sound judgment regarding PII and PHI shared with or requested from clinics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous situations where SOPs do not fully apply.
- Demonstrated ability to identify patterns and escalate systemic issues.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary or on-target earnings: $43,000–$54,000 USD for Nashville, TN.
