Responsibilities
- Manage complex fixed-fee technical implementations with rigorous governance.
- Serve as the accountable owner for project delivery, scope, schedule, cost, and outcomes.
- Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and assign effort and resources to specific tasks.
- Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) to forecast risks and identify schedule or cost variances.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and personnel, including contacts outside the immediate area of expertise.
- Present lessons-learned materials to regional teams to improve pre-sales and scoping practices.
- Support pre-sales activities by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to service scoping.
Requirements
- Typically 5–8 years of related experience in technical project management.
- Typically 2–5 years of field experience in services delivery or technical implementation.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Advanced Smartsheet and project modeling skills.
- Ability to query Snowflake metadata for consumption reporting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in EVM and CPM.
- SnowPro Core certification required.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Data engineering experience.
- PMP certification.
- Experience governing complex AI/ML and lakehouse technical lifecycles.
