Manages end-to-end enterprise brokerage API integrations, coordinating customers and cross-functional teams through launch while tracking timelines, risks, compliance, and deliverables. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using brokerage APIs for equities, crypto, options, and other products.
- Collaborate with external product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute integration timelines.
- Coordinate with internal business development, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and customer success teams to resolve issues and align resources.
- Facilitate weekly partner check-ins, drive action items, and ensure progress toward key deliverables.
- Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partner stakeholders.
- Help partners navigate onboarding requirements, including KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosures.
- Document processes and improve onboarding frameworks to scale future partner integrations.
- Represent Alpaca to enterprise businesses in regional markets and provide leadership with updates on successes, blockers, and solutions.
- Monitor product development timelines and coordinate feature rollouts with technical teams.
- Establish subject-matter expertise on Alpaca’s API and collaborate with fintech companies globally.
- Communicate partner feature requests to technical teams and support prioritization.
- Advise the success team on integration items and new products.
- Develop solutions for partners targeting strategic regions.
- Create internal and external resources for partners and internal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience.
- Strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese for client communication.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work with customers around the world.
- Familiarity with and interest in fintech, financial markets, and investing applications.
- Experience with communication and project management tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace.
- Startup mindset.
- Sales or customer success experience with responsibility for customer experience.
- Training or enablement experience.
- Brokerage or stocks experience.
- Crypto experience.
Technical Background
- Familiarity with Metabase.
- Experience with modern APIs, including REST, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events.
- Experience with enterprise software implementations.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with issue management in JIRA and API logging tools.
- Familiarity with Postman and cURL requests.
