Director of Product Management, Fintech

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of product managers responsible for quote-to-cash initiatives.
• Coordinate Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and external vendors such as Stripe and Salesforce.
• Balance short-term product launches, medium-term billing migrations, and long-term ERP implementation efforts.
• Publish and maintain roadmaps while adapting to changing business priorities and communicating impacts proactively.
• Maintain accurate revenue and customer-service data while balancing innovation speed and roadmap progress.
• Listen, synthesize, communicate, collaborate, and influence cross-functional stakeholders through persuasion.
• Engage with major customers to understand concerns and communicate billing-domain plans.
• Own delivery commitments and hold peers and team members accountable.
• Work across billing, invoicing, sales and opportunity management, credit and collections, pricing and quoting, contract and entitlement management, partners and resellers, taxation, bad debt, BI reporting, and ERP implementation.

Requirements

• Proven success delivering projects within the financial domain.
• Product management experience in billing, fintech, financial reporting, compliance, or a similar domain.
• Experience at companies with scope similar to or larger than Cloudflare.
• Demonstrated success managing teams of product managers in a relevant financial domain.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience delivering products at internet-native companies.
• Technical background or strong engineering fluency.
• Finance fluency and experience working with financial data.
• Understanding of Internet technologies across layers 2 through 7, or mastery of another similarly complex technical domain.

Compensation

• Lisbon-based hires: estimated annual salary of €146,000–€183,000.
• Eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
