Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Delivery & Fulfillment Intelligence Platform.
- Establish the canonical delivery event and state model, telemetry and history, and governed contracts for other domains.
- Develop order risk assessment, proactive intervention, building- and address-level intelligence, decomposed lead-time and promise accuracy, and dynamic routing and orchestration.
- Build demand and capacity forecasting and network optimization capabilities under cost, coverage, and reliability constraints.
- Partner with Data to instrument the delivery lifecycle, define metrics such as on-time performance, promise accuracy, and straight-through rate, and establish a learning loop.
- Make build-versus-buy decisions involving ETA services, optimization solvers, and telematics, and determine when to use models, solvers, or rules.
- Evaluate delivery-logistics insourcing options with Supply Chain Operations, Delivery Partnerships, and Finance.
- Represent the platform strategy at the executive level and balance near-term wins with long-term investments.
- Hire, lead, and develop the product team.
- Travel to Boston quarterly for planning cycles, architecture reviews, and business reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product managers.
- Deep experience with platform, infrastructure, logistics, or marketplace operations products.
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining product managers.
- Track record owning fulfillment, dispatch, logistics, or supply-chain intelligence products at meaningful scale.
- Depth in at least two of routing and dispatch optimization, ETA and travel-time prediction, demand and capacity forecasting, risk scoring and anomaly detection, or geospatial data systems.
- Experience shipping machine-learning-backed products in production, including calibration, training/serving skew, offline and online evaluation, and model operations.
- Ability to engage senior engineers on event-driven architecture, event schemas, state machines, idempotency, service boundaries, API contracts, and durable workflow orchestration.
- Experience with multi-sided marketplaces and third-party partner networks, SLAs, rate cards, and capacity commitments.
- Strong analytical ability and experience building metrics frameworks and identifying data-quality issues.
- Ability to influence product, engineering, data science, operations, and commercial teams without direct authority.
- Experience running multi-workstream programs across several engineering teams.
- Ability to sequence a multi-year platform build to deliver value incrementally.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter when applicable.

Compensation
- National total target cash compensation, including base salary and bonus target: $229,000–$321,000 annually.
- Final offer amounts may vary based on experience, expertise, and region.
- The range excludes equity, 401(k), and medical, dental, or vision benefits.
