Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a world-class team of product managers focused on attack surface management and supply chain intelligence.
- Define and drive a unified product vision, strategy, and roadmap across attack surface management and supply chain risk management.
- Connect asset discovery, ownership, risk, and analytics capabilities into cohesive customer workflows.
- Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver scalable, performant, differentiated platform features.
- Collaborate with Design and AI teams to make exposure-management insights intuitive, conversational, and actionable.
- Integrate customer feedback, market insights, and competitive signals into product planning with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Research.
- Establish and scale product management processes supporting clear priorities, execution, and data-driven decisions.
- Identify and validate opportunities involving third-party integrations, developer enablement, and next-generation intelligence capabilities.
- Represent the company with customers, partners, and industry events.
- Measure product success through usage, adoption, ARR contribution, customer feedback, and internal alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years managing other product managers.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS or data platforms, ideally in cybersecurity or risk intelligence.
- Deep understanding of attack surface management, Internet data, threat intelligence, network discovery, or cloud security posture management.
- Strong technical acumen, including APIs, data pipelines, and architectural tradeoffs.
- Ability to influence executive strategy through data-driven insights and market storytelling.
- Track record of cross-functional alignment and measurable business outcomes in high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance product strategy with quarterly execution.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and retaining product talent.
- Experience in startups or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Internet-scale systems and network protocols such as TLS, DNS, and BGP.
- Experience integrating AI/ML into cybersecurity or analytics workflows.
- Experience leading product-led growth or usage-based monetization strategies.
Compensation
- High-cost-of-living location base salary: $238,000–$257,000 USD.
