Account Executive, EMEA

Drives full-cycle B2B SaaS sales and builds outbound pipeline and partner relationships across Germany and Central Europe. The role requires at least three years of closing experience, fluent German, complex stakeholder management, and a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Engage potential customers to uncover pain points, assess needs, and refine the ideal customer profile, primarily across Germany and Central Europe.
  • Create and drive outbound opportunities through strategic account planning, compelling points of view, and collaboration with Sales Development and Marketing.
  • Articulate Webflow’s vision, value proposition, and product differentiation for EMEA audiences and market dynamics.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a value-driven sales process.
  • Develop the EMEA partner ecosystem across pre-sales and post-sales experiences.
  • Communicate consistently with stakeholders to maintain momentum and reduce friction during the sales cycle.
  • Share field feedback, define best practices, and help build Webflow’s EMEA team and culture.
  • Travel up to 25%, primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup setting.
  • Experience with lead queues, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation.
  • Ability to lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and technical understanding.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, including partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and reseller deals.
  • BS/BA degree or relevant experience.
  • Fluent German with advanced spoken and written communication skills.
