Field & Partner Marketer
Build and scale partner marketing programs from the ground up for a high-growth B2B SaaS company, including joint GTM plans, co-marketing assets, AWS Marketplace operations, and MDF coordination. Support field marketing events and ABM pipeline programs. Requires 4-7 years B2B SaaS marketing experience with partner and field focus.

Partner Marketing (70%)
- Develop and execute joint GTM plans with high priority OEM partners each quarter
- Build and maintain a partner resource hub with brand guidelines, messaging guides, enablement materials, FAQs, campaign assets, and collateral
- Create partner marketing deliverables including launch kits, solution briefs, case studies, campaign-in-a-box assets, webinars, blog posts, and co-marketing materials
- Build scalable operational frameworks, templates, workflows, and enablement processes
- Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to align on GTM priorities, events, pipeline, and activation plans
- Coordinate with Partner team on priorities, co-sell opportunities, pipeline health, and initiatives
- Support and operationalize AWS Marketplace presence, including listings, co-sell readiness, MDF coordination, and GTM collaboration
- Help unlock and allocate MDF funds
- Establish presence across partner marketplaces, integration directories, and ecosystem listings
- Support planning and coordination of partner enablement sessions
- Track and report on partner marketing KPIs including influenced pipeline, sourced opportunities, co-marketing campaigns, partner engagement, and activation metrics
- Lay groundwork for broader Integration Partner and ecosystem marketing expansion
Field Marketing (30%)
- Support execution of regional field events for ABM and enterprise pipeline, including executive dinners, roundtables, hosted experiences, and partner events
- Assist with onsite logistics, vendor coordination, attendee management, and operational execution for conferences, activations, and hosted programs
- Track and report on event ROI, pipeline influence, sourced opportunities, and engagement metrics
- Contribute to pre-event and post-event communications, executive outreach, attendee experiences, and follow-up
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, and Executive Leadership to align events with GTM priorities
