Technical Integration Specialist

The Technical Integration Specialist serves as the technical lead for partner integrations in a mortgage technology platform, evaluating partner systems, identifying data and workflow gaps, and guiding integrations through certification and launch. The role also supports customer implementations and troubleshoots integration issues.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to technical contact for the Partnerships team, joining partner meetings, answering technical questions, and leading demos of completed integrations.
  • Review partner technical documentation and compare data handling, including MISMO fields, with Vesta’s systems.
  • Summarize integration requirements, technical gaps, and risks for the product manager.
  • Support the product manager by providing technical context, triaging partner questions, and advocating for effective integration designs and customer experiences.
  • Guide integrations from testing through launch, coordinate partner certification, troubleshoot issues, and monitor maintenance and enhancement requests.
  • Support the Implementations team when customers add new integrations, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with partners to make integrations seamless.

Requirements

  • Experience working on the integration or technical side of a mortgage technology company.
  • Understanding of how mortgage technology systems are built, integrated, and troubleshot.
  • Ability to evaluate partner technology and identify integration requirements and risks.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted, long-term partner relationships.
  • Interest in using technology, including AI, to improve integration work.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Cash compensation: $120,000–$140,000.
