Responsibilities

  • Grow Bounce’s network and close supply gaps.
  • Cold call, email, and outreach to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with manager to identify areas for expansion.
  • Generate own leads in addition to supplied monthly leads.
  • Handle full sales cycle: discovery call, sales pitch, close, account creation, and partner onboarding.

Requirements

  • Experience with full cycle sales in a startup environment, selling to small businesses.
  • High-energy individual with strong desire to learn and achieve top results.
  • Comfortable with high volume of sales calls and cold approaching businesses.
  • Comfortable with rejection.
  • Charismatic, positive, “can-do” attitude over the phone and in-person.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
