Responsibilities
- Own and grow the India partner ecosystem across system integrators, global system integrators, and cloud partners, while shaping strategy across other partner motions.
- Help the India sales organization exceed targets through partner-sourced and partner-influenced business by maximizing pipeline, accelerating deals, and building partner plays.
- Collaborate with India sales and cross-functional teams to execute high-impact partner motions.
- Activate global system integrators locally in India by translating global relationships and programs into local enablement, pipeline, and wins.
- Partner with Technical Services to accelerate SI/GSI technical enablement, practitioner readiness, and project success.
- Execute across business development, direct selling, partner management, field engagement, and partner-led deal strategy.
- Develop business development plays that drive new business, consumption acceleration, and repeatable partner-led growth.
- Advocate for India partners while coordinating with global partner owners and aligning local execution with global strategy.
- Embed a partner-first approach into account planning, pipeline creation, and deal execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in India partnerships, alliances, and/or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems across SIs, GSIs, and cloud partners.
- Ability to build rapport with and influence sales teams, cross-functional stakeholders, partner executives, and global alliance stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Self-motivated approach and ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into measurable impact.
