Leads partner marketing programs for MongoDB across cloud, technology, AI, and ecosystem partners. The role develops joint go-to-market campaigns, scalable enablement assets, events, and measurement frameworks to drive adoption and partner-sourced or influenced pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Translate partner capabilities, integrations, APIs, and AI solutions into compelling marketing messaging and experiences for developers, architects, IT decision-makers, executives, partner sellers, and marketers.
- Develop customer-outcome-led messaging and campaigns that articulate the value of MongoDB plus its partners.
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel programs across direct, organic, and paid channels.
- Support cloud marketplace, solution-listing, integration, launch, and post-launch adoption motions.
- Create scalable partner activation assets, including campaign-in-a-box kits, co-marketing plays, solution briefs, messaging guides, battlecards, demos, webinars, training, and customer-facing content.
- Build repeatable partner marketing playbooks, content kits, and operating processes that can be localized and scaled.
- Lead partner-facing events, executive experiences, technical webinars, workshops, and other awareness, engagement, adoption, and demand programs.
- Improve measurement frameworks covering reach, engagement, sourced and influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, partner attach, adoption, customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and ROI.
Requirements
- 6+ years of partner or channel marketing experience in B2B technology, SaaS, ISV, systems integrator, or hyperscaler environments.
- Experience building and executing joint go-to-market plans, co-marketing programs, enablement, demand-generation campaigns, and integrated launches.
- Strong understanding of product-led growth and enterprise buyer journeys.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated customer and partner value propositions.
- Experience with account-based marketing, co-selling, sales plays, partner referrals, or shared-account planning.
- Experience managing budgets, MDF or co-funded investments, agencies, and multiple concurrent programs.
- Familiarity with CRM, PRM platforms, marketing automation, campaign analytics, attribution, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Builder’s mentality, strong ownership, and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
