Responsibilities
- Build and scale n8n’s Service Partner ecosystem across the DACH region.
- Identify, recruit, qualify, onboard, and develop consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, and digital agencies.
- Establish relationships with founders, practice leads, sales teams, and delivery teams.
- Design and deliver partner onboarding, enablement, and certification programs.
- Help partners develop n8n expertise, service packages, implementation capabilities, playbooks, toolkits, templates, and best practices.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, co-selling, joint account plans, and business plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and regional field teams.
- Plan and execute joint campaigns, webinars, events, German-language content, and other go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent n8n at partner, industry, and technology events.
- Communicate partner feedback internally and use performance data to improve programs, incentives, partner experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies.
- At least 3 years working directly with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor.
- Fluency in German and English, including commercial negotiations, executive relationships, enablement, and partner communications.
- Strong knowledge of the German, Austrian, and Swiss technology and consulting ecosystem.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and scaling consulting, agency, or systems integration partners.
- Experience owning partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets.
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous technology environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, AI, and automation technology.
- Hands-on, data-driven, outcome-focused approach to building programs and processes.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting partner-involved deals worth €100K–€500K.
- Go-to-market, co-selling, partner sales enablement, account mapping, and field collaboration experience.
- Industry experience in iPaaS, workflow automation, AI, developer tools, or technical SaaS.
- Experience with systems integrators and complex software implementations for mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Established relationships with consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, digital agencies, or technology partners across DACH.
