Responsibilities
- Own strategic partnerships and business development across Central and Eastern Europe.
- Identify high-impact partnership opportunities and build commercial cases.
- Structure, negotiate, and execute partnerships from initial concept through implementation.
- Establish and maintain local partnerships and manage the existing partner ecosystem.
- Gather business-area needs that partners could address or amplify.
- Coordinate partnership and business development activities across business functions.
- Evaluate the financial and strategic benefits of potential partnerships.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and conduct market research.
- Build relationships with potential partners and senior external stakeholders.
- Influence Product, Marketing, Communications, Finance, and global teams without direct authority.
- Develop growth strategies supporting both financial outcomes and product development.
- Represent the Country Manager and advance priorities across a global matrix organization.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Proven success structuring, negotiating, and executing growth partnerships with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong commercial judgment, business acumen, and financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with external executive stakeholders.
- Ability to assess the strategic and economic value of partnerships independently.
- Experience managing partnerships end to end, from strategy through execution.
- Ability to conduct market research and anticipate product and business needs.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
- Strong strategic, critical-thinking, project-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and across cross-functional, global teams.

- Basic data science skills.
- Experience in consulting, marketing, finance, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization.
- Experience developing proposals and solutions while influencing senior internal stakeholders.
Compensation
- Germany annual pay range: €114,000–€142,000 EUR.
- May also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
