Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to target accounts, overcome objections, ask strategic questions, and deliver tailored pitches.
- Send personalized SMS, emails, and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers; craft cold outbound email copy to drive responses.
- Attend and represent the company at regional and national industry conferences (5-10% travel), engage attendees, capture leads, and follow up.
- Execute multi-channel cadences using email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn sequences.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Claude, and Aimfox for research and engagement.
- Identify and qualify prospects using ideal customer profile and BANT criteria; schedule and document qualified meetings in HubSpot.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, hit weekly/monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified meetings, analyze metrics, and optimize cadences.
- Share feedback with marketing on messaging and collaborate with Account Executives on outreach for key verticals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and outcome-based goals (cold calls, messages, meetings).
- Comfortable in a fully remote environment and willing to travel 5-10% for conferences.
- Passion for a sales career, strong communication skills (phone, SMS, email, LinkedIn), resilience with high-volume outbound work, coachable attitude.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs and prospecting tools (Clay, Instantly, Aimfox, Heyreach); quick to learn new tech.
- Excellent organization and time management for managing multiple cadences and tracking activities.

Compensation and Benefits
- Contractors: Total cost USD $67,000 - $78,100.
- US Employees: Gross base salary USD $61,817 - $72,058; quarterly commission structure with potential to earn $60,000 OTE commission per year.
- Equity: Options into $HOST token (RSU) grant value up to $7,100; eligible for up to $243,664 per year in Performance Share Units (PSUs) tied to business targets.
- 35 days off per year (including self-serve public holidays) and parental leave.
