Responsibilities
- Process backend transactions for general employee queries, benefits, payroll, compensation, and related HR functions while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Learn newly transitioned processes and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Meet agreed critical metrics and SLAs.
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case management.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to internal customers and partners while following SOPs.
- Support data management activities, including audits, reporting, and data entry or updates.
- Manage payroll inputs, benefits enrollment and cancellations, reporting and reconciliations, meal vouchers, transport reimbursements, tax-related files, and employment and visa letters.
- Support background checks, onboarding, probation management, and offboarding for interns, contractors, and new hires.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services, preferably supporting the Americas region.
- Expertise in HR operations, process adherence, and detail-oriented work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 operating environment and the 6:00 PM–2:00 AM shift.
- Proficiency with ticketing tools and HR shared-services performance metrics, including case handling.
- Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements.
- Adaptability in ambiguous environments and strong ownership of results.
