Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for technical roles using recruiting tools and social platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview processes and support a positive, efficient candidate experience.
- Provide hiring managers and stakeholders with updates on pipeline health and recruiting progress.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers on initiatives supporting the Engineering team.
- Attract and evaluate engineering talent with meaningful AI experience and strong core technical skills.
- Build diverse technical talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to promote fair, efficient processes.
- Represent the employer brand at events and on social platforms.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting technical roles such as software engineering, data, or product in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and improve processes.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies, including the United States, Canada, or Latin America.
- Familiarity with compensation strategy and market analysis for technical roles.
- Experience with employer branding or talent marketing initiatives.
Compensation
- Expected salary range: $142,380–$195,490.
- Starting base pay depends on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
- Equity and other compensation may be included in the total compensation package.
