Responsibilities
Discovery and Definition
- Understand user and customer workflows, data, constraints, and product fit.
- Lead discovery and scoping conversations with stakeholders from incomplete briefs.
- Synthesize feedback into patterns and product insights.
Product and Roadmap
- Define and prioritize product work with engineering and product stakeholders.
- Decide what to build, configure, defer, or treat as a product gap.
- Drive rapid iteration cycles by putting work in front of users, learning, and adjusting.
- Share insights with the broader product and engineering roadmap.
Execution
- Write specifications, define success metrics, and manage delivery from kickoff through launch.
- Keep go-to-market, Customer Support, and Operations stakeholders aligned.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of product management experience, or experience in a highly analytical, customer-facing, or data-facing role with a clear product management trajectory.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and scoping work from incomplete briefs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and product judgment.
- Track record of owning and shipping product work end-to-end.
