Principal Value Consultant
The Principal Value Consultant will build AcuityMD’s value consulting function while driving commercial strategy, revenue operations, and data-backed value cases for strategic deals and renewals. The role requires 5+ years of analytical or strategic experience, strong ROI modeling skills, and the ability to influence executive buyers.

Responsibilities
- Build the value consulting capability from the ground up, including value methodology, discovery frameworks, ROI and TCO models, executive business case templates, and self-service field tooling.
- Engage in strategic deals, renewals, and executive business reviews requiring deeper, data-backed value cases.
- Consolidate existing ROI calculators, value slide templates, and the in-product Care Journeys ROI Calculator into a scalable value framework.
- Build a benchmark library and value proof pack connecting ROI outputs to validated customer success stories.
- Design and deliver enablement sessions that train account executives and customer success managers on value-selling tools and methodology.
- Drive GTM and revenue operations strategy and lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, drawing insights, and translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience building value or ROI frameworks, business cases, or economic value assessments for enterprise buyers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to CFOs and other economic buyers.
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience in go-to-market strategy, sales strategy, revenue operations, or value/solutions engineering.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and MedTech industry dynamics.
- Experience establishing a value consulting, value engineering, or business value function.
- MBA or an advanced degree in a quantitative field.
- Interest in healthcare innovation and improving access to medical technologies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $175,000–$215,000.
