Responsibilities
- Become proficient in Tixr's sales technology stack (CRM, reporting, forecasting, enablement, and BI tools) and partner with the Head of Sales Operations to maintain data integrity and accurate, real-time pipeline reporting.
- Evolve and manage Tixr's Sales Ambassador Program, including onboarding, ongoing communications, engagement initiatives, and participant benefits.
- Own and continuously improve sales presentations and collateral (Figma, Google Slides, video promos with design team, case studies, and other enablement resources) for every stage of the sales cycle.
- Partner with the in-house design team, working within approved brand guidelines, to develop AI-powered tools that help reps generate customized client success reports (Claude or similar).
- Support the implementation of AI-driven workflow automations across lead routing, follow-ups, and renewals to reduce manual work and lift rep productivity.
- Partner with the Head of Sales Operations to maintain and extend dashboards, keeping pipeline health, rep performance, win/loss drivers, and expansion revenue current and trustworthy.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting that tracks each rep's weekly and monthly activity against defined performance metrics.
- Partner with in-house marketing specialists on the day-to-day of the inbound engine (lead capture, qualification hygiene, and routing) to increase the volume and quality of legitimate inbound opportunities.
- Run onboarding for new reps day-to-day, including training coordination, knowledge testing, and building out the Tixr sales certification program.
- Build and package executive-ready materials behind revenue performance, market opportunity, and strategic sales reviews, turning raw pipeline and campaign data into actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years in sales enablement, sales/revenue operations, marketing operations, or a sales support role (high-growth tech or SaaS preferred).
- Working knowledge of CRM (HubSpot preferred) and comfort learning BI and reporting tools.
- Strong presentation and storytelling instincts, with hands-on experience in Figma, Google Slides, or similar design tools.
- Curiosity and fluency with modern AI tools, and an appetite to use them to automate repetitive tasks.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude for automation and content generation.
