The role governs Outreach and evaluates AI-powered sales tools to improve field efficiency, adoption, and pipeline generation. Responsibilities
- Develop and own the governance model for Outreach content, sequences, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Build, launch, maintain, and optimize sales sequences using business priorities and performance data.
- Partner with Marketing on A/B tests across messaging, personas, and sequencing approaches.
- Analyze performance trends and translate findings into improvements.
- Establish and lead an Outreach steering committee with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Transformation, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate AI agents and workflows, then partner with SOPs and AI Operations teams to scope, implement, and measure solutions.
- Drive adoption of Outreach capabilities and AI solutions through enablement plans, stakeholder communication, training, and performance measurement.
- Define success metrics, monitor adoption and effectiveness, and connect prospecting improvements to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience developing AI governance and strategy, implementing AI tools, and building AI solutions for a go-to-market organization.
- Sales tool administration experience, particularly with modern AI-integrated tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related role within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
- Experience administering Outreach, including creating sequences, maintaining sequence libraries, building views and dashboards, and analyzing usage and performance.
- Change management expertise with demonstrated success driving tool and process adoption across large organizations.
- Strong analytical skills, including experiment design, performance-data interpretation, and identification of repeatable improvements.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
