Account Executive - UK & Ireland Region
The Account Executive will prospect for new clients, run product demonstrations, develop opportunities, and close SaaS sales across the UK and Ireland region. The role requires proven prospecting experience, strong stakeholder communication, CRM proficiency, and authorization to work in the European Union.

Responsibilities
- Focus on net-new client acquisition by contacting prospects and presenting FareHarbor products and services.
- Qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities from incoming inquiries and assigned lead pools, including RFPs and formal proposals.
- Achieve quarterly and biannual sales targets aligned with regional new-business booking-fee targets.
- Conduct discovery, uncover client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions, including front-end UX setup and back-end management processes.
- Deliver product demonstrations and explain FareHarbor features.
- Provide pipeline updates and win/loss expectations to sales management.
- Organize in-person meetings with decision-makers at larger prospective organizations.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and meetups to pitch FareHarbor and conduct demonstrations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new-client onboarding, collaborating with Onboarding, Account Management, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and complete requested reporting.
- Provide feedback to Sales Managers on prospect perceptions and opportunities to improve the software and support.
- Accurately forecast the value of potential and newly signed clients.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably including 2+ years in a prospecting role within SaaS or a similar business.
- Experience supporting sales in the UK, Ireland, and Scottish markets.
- Demonstrated success selling to small, medium-sized, and large organizations and expanding a client base.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, including executives, and build strong relationships.
- Exceptional time-management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with conceptual selling or sales methodologies such as SPIN, Strategic Selling, or Miller Heiman.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to complex client problems.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Motivated, inspiring, trusted, adaptable, results-focused, and self-starting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the European Union.
