Responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts, increasing customer usage and net revenue retention.
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy for expansion and renewal, including owning renewal opportunities for flat and at-risk customers.
- Shape customer outcomes, strengthen executive and team-level partnerships, and contribute to retention, renewal, and expansion revenue.
- Design and deploy workflows that solve specific business problems, translating customer goals into durable systems in Notion.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Co-define, build, and manage customer success plans that support measurable customer value.
- Develop deep knowledge of Notion and the broader AI ecosystem to help customers adopt new ways of working.
- Iterate on Outcomes Architect programs that improve retention and expansion while mitigating churn and contraction risk.
Requirements
- Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software environment.
- Strong customer-facing discovery skills, including understanding business problems, mapping workflows, and translating goals into practical implementation plans.
- Technical fluency and comfort building, configuring, and troubleshooting software with customers.
- Commercial awareness and ability to partner on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy.
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills across customer success plans, timelines, risks, and commitments.
- Agency, urgency, customer empathy, and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Strong interest in AI and experience building with emerging tools.
- Fluency in English and a second European language.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy for productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience managing flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based models and connecting adoption patterns to commercial outcomes.
- Experience with shared account ownership across sales, solutions, support, or implementation teams.
- Experience designing repeatable customer programs, playbooks, or interventions that improve retention, expansion, and adoption at scale.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
- Estimated total on-target earnings, including base salary and target incentive pay: €68,000–€76,000 per year.
