Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and timelines for onboarding new clients and delivering subsequent phases for established clients.
- Facilitate requirements gathering to define user experience, business workflows, and operational processes.
- Hold internal and external team members accountable for milestone delivery.
- Collaborate with diverse resources to meet timeline objectives.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues affecting scope or delivery.
- Participate in business process standardization.
- Provide timely project communications, status updates, and schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3–5+ years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated success executing project plans and/or operational improvements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers and employees.
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused, positive, and professional attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsive.
- Financial, banking, and/or lending industry experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products, including Confluence and Jira.
- Prior SaaS implementation experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 per year.
