Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Corporate Account Management team.
- Own team quota performance, retention, expansion, and cross-sell goals across a high-volume book of business.
- Build a culture where expansions and cross-sells receive the same rigor as quota-carrying sales functions.
- Design and implement repeatable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and adoption across hundreds of accounts.
- Embed AI agents and automation into Account Management workflows to support growth without proportional headcount increases.
- Champion AI fluency and adoption across the team.
- Set strategic direction for Corporate segment structure and staffing in partnership with RevOps, Compensation/Finance, and CX leadership.
- Represent the customer voice in discussions about product roadmap, tooling, and revenue strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally with high-volume, transactional, or corporate-segment books of business.
- Proven record of owning and exceeding revenue targets, including renewals, expansion, NRR/GRR, and cross-sell.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience managing Account Managers or Customer Success Managers.
- Experience driving team quota, coaching, and talent development.
- Strong commercial judgment and a player-coach mindset.
- Expertise in post-sales methodologies, including success planning, adoption frameworks, and ROI storytelling.
- Strategic operational thinking, including segmentation, playbook design, and scalable process development.
- Strong analytical and operational skills, with the ability to identify trends, optimize workflows, and forecast outcomes.
- Deep practical fluency with AI tools, AI agents, and automation.
