Client Account Manager, Large Customer Sales
Manages advertising accounts for large technology clients, partnering with Client Partners and internal teams on campaign execution, optimization, revenue delivery, and product feedback. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
- Manage and deepen relationships with agencies and Fortune 500 advertising clients.
- Lead campaign launches from start to finish and deliver campaign optimizations.
- Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery and troubleshooting.
- Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit’s value proposition and best practices.
- Consult clients on awareness and direct-response objectives and help develop media plans.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations to ensure campaign delivery and resolve technical issues.
- Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Share client feedback and campaign metrics to inform Reddit’s native ads product roadmap.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor and train team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management; technology client experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
- Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
- Experience cultivating strong external-partner relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial and tenacious approach to product, process, and client challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $135,100–$189,200 USD.
