Senior Client Account Manager, Global Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Partners to achieve clients’ marketing goals.
- Lead campaign launches from start to finish and deliver performance insights and optimizations to agencies and clients.
- Manage global account operations, including revenue delivery, media strategy, multi-market optimization, troubleshooting, and upselling.
- Translate campaign performance and cross-market testing into global playbooks and measurement frameworks.
- Build and deepen relationships with global advertising partners and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
- Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit’s value proposition and best practices.
- Advise clients on awareness and direct-response objectives and develop media plans with Client Partners.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations to ensure campaign delivery and resolve technical issues.
- Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to the native ads product roadmap.
- Identify process improvements and mentor and train team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management; global client experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
- Knowledge of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
- Ability to analyze data across diverse and complex problems.
- Experience cultivating strong external-partner relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tenacity and an entrepreneurial approach to product, process, and client challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- High attention to detail.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $135,100–$189,200 USD.
- Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units and commission.
