Responsibilities
Guide the build and design of award-winning websites for highest tier clients.
Foster client relationships by understanding their business, brand, and marketing vision, turning it into action.
Implement websites for new marketing clients while managing a book of previously launched clients through annual marketing strategy.
Exceed KPIs focused on speed, value, and retention.
Lead strategy, set expectations, provide reassurance during escalations.

Requirements

Previous success working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Previous experience with platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress.
