Enterprise Account Executive UK&I

Drives net-new acquisition and account expansion across large UK&I enterprise customers in energy, manufacturing, and banking. The role manages complex, multi-stakeholder Dataiku sales cycles, builds executive relationships, and requires enterprise software sales experience with MEDDIC proficiency.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own a territory spanning energy, manufacturing, and banking, with the majority focused on net-new logo opportunities.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with AOVs of $150K–$200K+ and sales cycles of 6–9 months.
  • Build account plans and pipeline-generation strategies with sales engineering, partners, and marketing.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Retain and expand accounts post-close, managing renewals and upsell opportunities with post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, and partner teams to deliver appropriate customer solutions.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and contribute to team-level planning.

Requirements

  • Enterprise software sales experience with a consistent history of exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with AOVs of $150K+ and sales cycles of 8 months or more.
  • Proficiency with MEDDIC.
  • Proven ability to acquire net-new logos and build pipeline from scratch.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to leverage sales engineering, partner, and marketing resources.

First 90 Days

  • Develop a strong technical and business understanding of the company's value proposition.
  • Establish account plans and a pipeline-generation plan across the territory.
  • Book 4–5 meetings and complete 3–4 meetings during the first quarter.
  • Build strong internal relationships with sales engineering, partners, and cross-functional teams.
