Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered approval workflows configurable in natural language, turning them into deterministic business logic.
- Develop intelligent collections agents for autonomous payment workflows.
- Scale billing infrastructure for 10x throughput, optimizing storage, scalability, and cost.
- Design systems for high-velocity event streams, balancing cost, performance, and reliability.
- Build business-critical infrastructure handling production responsibility and on-call.
Requirements
- Shipped production backend systems focused on reliability.
- Customer-oriented with end-to-end ownership from ideation to shipping.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, sharing work-in-progress, and adapting based on feedback.
- Strong communication skills.
- Interest in distributed systems and resilient software.

Compensation
- Salary: $210,000 - $230,000
