Responsibilities
Support & relationship building
- Act as the main point of contact for Europe sales teams, responding to inquiries within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with independent contractor sales teams.
- Provide product knowledge, pricing information, sales collateral, and technical guidance.
Coordination & problem-solving
- Work with internal teams across the business to resolve sales inefficiencies and remove blockers.
- Identify recurring problems and partner with management to implement lasting solutions.
- Provide phone and face-to-face support when needed.
Operations & administration
- Maintain and update sales documentation, playbooks, and resource libraries.
- Process commission calculations for Europe sales teams in coordination with finance.
- Keep systems and information current so teams always have what they need.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in sales support, channel management, technical support/implementation, or customer service.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management.
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with self-employed contractors, distributors, sellers, or channel partners.
- Bilingual in English and French.
Compensation & benefits
- Remote-first work environment with an optional office.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; flexibility may be required.
- Minimal travel, including occasional sales meetings, training sessions, and contractor events.
